Download the form listed below. You must fill out this form in order to complete your booking.
Step Number Three:
Mail your completed information form and a deposit check for 50% of the daily rate only. This will reserve your dates and allow us to working on your safari. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferred depending on availability.
The remainder of the daily rate, travel fees, hunting licenses, and permits (if applicable) is due 45 days before your hunt begins. Trophy fees for animals killed or wounded will be paid in full before your departure. A trophy fee ‘deposit’ is a popular option for travelers not wanting to carry large sums of money; any amount not used will be promptly refunded at the completion of your safari. Other payment options may be arranged and are approved on an individual basis.
